The validity of international law
Hello Rabbi,
Does international law have binding force? Or is it because it is not seriously enforced that it has no force?

In principle, international law is valid, just like the Dina Damalkota. If this is the consent of humanity, then it binds all of humanity. It does seem that there is selective enforcement and mainly power speaks, so I really think there is no real obligation here.
