Tzitzit and Tzedakah as a shield
What is the Rabbi's opinion on the matter of a mitzvah messenger, giving him money and then after the war putting it in the coffers, and from the statement that the messengers are not harmed?
And regarding the tzitzit, the Rabbi's opinion is that it is simply a mitzvah without any issue of observance… right?
