What is it good for?
I look around me and see that God has created heaps of fools.

There are different levels of intelligence for people. But stupidity is not just a result of low intelligence, but of people's choice not to think or be wise. God did not create this, but they themselves created it. Beyond that, I have not been updated recently regarding God's plans, and it is better to ask Him.
