Your level of trust in the Midrash and Haggadah of Hazal

There is no question of trust there at all. Trust concerns the comparison between the content of the claim/argument and the truth. But there is no truth here. These are sermons that have various educational purposes. Personally, I am not particularly interested in them. The halakhic sermon is something else. It is based on tools received in tradition and on midrashic techniques that are in principle subject to control (today we have lost most of the skill in using them).
