Hello Rabbi Michael,
Recently, investment entities have emerged that are suitable for savings, such as a continuing education fund, provident funds, pension funds, and the like.

Indeed, there are quite a few halakhic problems. But it is common to ignore them because many poskim believe that it is impractical to avoid these problems. Beyond that, there is a long discussion on the subject of limited liability companies (and I did not see if the booklet refers to it). See, for example, here:

In any case, if there is a way to do this in a "kosher" manner, that certainly seems preferable to me.
