Is there a magic spell against women's customs?

It is the custom for women to carry their cell phone and wallet everywhere.
In hand.
Yes, indeed, and only by hand.
No pockets (there aren't any, or even if there are, it interferes with the design)
And not in a bag either because it always doesn't match the outfit, etc.
And so we go shopping, run errands, etc.
 
 
 
The result is that every time the wallet disappears, the cell phone is stolen.
All explanations are of course useless.
 
Is there any effective remedy for this?
