Transgender between three and a half?

Mainly K. Lee: 1- Isn't this the most activist ruling there is? Let me remind you, we are not talking about a secular school that does not have gender segregation (although the ruling there is also activist)
2- I have no problem with a man deciding that he is a woman, but how is it possible that at such an age he knows this? Doesn't this prove that there is indeed a male soul and a female soul (and in every way proves that there is a soul)? And since the concept of woman and man only derives from the culture that defines them, so why should they define themselves as one of them, simply so that he will continue to be considered a man who loves dolls, etc.?
