Good evening, Rabbi. Congratulations on the new design of the site. It’s very beautiful. And to the question: nowadays, can a man divorce his wife according to Jewish law without paying the ketubah on the basis of standards of modesty that they themselves do not observe? Or is it clear that it does not really bother the husband? (For example, if she goes without head covering even though already at the wedding the couple was somewhere "on the spectrum" and they had not agreed how she would dress, but there was a good chance that the woman would not wear a head covering, and it did not particularly trouble him…?)

It is generally accepted that a woman who has been conducting herself this way all along does not forfeit her ketubah. See, for example, here:
