I bought the book “Those Who Are Here and Those Who Are Not” through the Beit El Library website without too much searching… I simply saw that the Rabbi wrote that it wasn’t available, and also in the “New Announcements” here on the site it says that all of them can be bought except the second one. Go buy it 🙂
