Infinity
Question
Can one argue that there are infinitely many different universes, or can one only say that there is some finite number of universes, since that kind of infinity cannot exist? (I’m not asking this as an alternative to God, because I’ve become convinced that it’s very likely He exists; I’m just curious whether infinity can exist in that sense.)
Answer
Very unlikely, since to say that there are infinitely many universes—because universes are existing things—would seem to be an actual infinity, not a potential one.
