A.1. What is your opinion regarding the number of balconies? Simply put, this contradicts a lot of the laws of the number, which arise from the Gemara (for example, all the laws of courtyards that are broken into each other, and in Pesach that "he who stands from the side and outside is outside" – meaning even the one at the door of the synagogue does not join). A1. I also tend to think that balcony minyans are not useful. In my opinion, a zoom minyan is more spacious (in the last lesson on Halacha and Reality 2 I explained this). A2. You are allowed to join and according to them they have a minyan. You yourself do not go beyond the minyan. I think it is better not to be a public messenger. Although there is a problem with something in holiness that cannot be said in less than ten, but in my opinion this is a very puzzling law. Simply put, there is no prohibition against saying different texts in the singular (as long as there are no blessings and the like). Therefore, if they say and according to them there are ten, there is no obstacle for you to join and respond after them. If there is a Shatz to say the return of the Shatz, it is very problematic. But responding Amen is not a problem. B. I think there is a Dina Demalkhuta and it is not worth going over it. It is true that there are people who overlap in various laws (including this one) and I also think one should not be too orthodox in Dina Demalkhuta, but here it is a loophole that has a slippery slope with a good chance, especially since it concerns the laws of persons. There is also great public sensitivity to this, and blasphemy could arise. There was already enough of this, and there was no need to add more.
