Hello Rabbi,
I find it very difficult to deal with the length of the prayers and the number of rituals in the Jewish tradition, even though I can understand and connect to some of them.
I would be glad to know what you would recommend doing to cope with this difficulty, beyond simply studying Mishnah during the prayers and the like? (If there is any other way to deal with it at all)
