Rabbi Michael, hello,
Following your view of a “lean Jewish theology” / “lean Jewish thought,”
and in addition to what you said in the Makor Rishon interview about prayer: have you happened to formulate anywhere a proposal for a “lean prayer”?
Many Jews want to take part in the obligation of prayer, but the long prayer services make it difficult and create serious tension around the issue. You said that you pray only starting from “Barkhu.” Would you be willing to formulate a lean proposal for worshippers who struggle with this?
