Advice for Torah Study While Working

For quite a few years I’ve barely been learning at all, neither in the yeshiva style nor in the ordinary layman’s way…. True, for the past half year I’ve had a demanding job (I’m a VP of Finance at a large advertising agency), but honestly that’s not really an excuse, and I feel that study is missing in my life. At one point you recommended Torah writing to me, but I’m worried that since it involves working on my own, the difficulty is even greater. I’d be happy to get some advice on how to reconnect (recommended classes, some kind of framework, etc.).

It’s hard for me to give a general answer. It depends on your inclinations. If you can’t work independently, maybe you need to look for a class that suits you, even within a yeshiva framework (Shmuel from our class regularly listens to daily lectures by Rabbi Yigal Rosen at Or Israel).
