Promises that are not fulfilled. What does the Rabbi think about Torah promises that do not happen? Mainly tithes — “Test Me with this”. But also the sixth year of the Sabbatical year, and the discussion of the suspected adulteress where roughly the entire Talmudic passage mobilizes to explain why it did not work in practice…?
