Rashi, s.v. “But there is no fixed amount for libations” 96 “And as much as he wants, from two and upward, he brings; and when he brings five, he offers four of them, and the other is surplus. And whatever he wants he brings, and whatever is fit he offers, and the rest is surplus for a voluntary offering. And here there is nothing to ask at all.”
