Q&A: Banknotes with Pictures of Women
Banknotes with Pictures of Women
Question
Hello Rabbi,
There has been a discussion in recent months about whether it is permissible to use the new banknotes, because of the pictures of women that appear on them. What is your opinion on the matter?
Answer
I haven’t heard about this amusing discussion. But offhand it is obvious to me that one should be stringent and not use them at all, and whoever values his life should keep far away, and this requires further investigation.

What does "and this requires further investigation" mean???

You forgot to mention that you put an envelope at the entrance to your house, where anyone who has such a forbidden banknote can leave it there (and you will take it off for a vacation at the Dead Sea).
