Question

Hello Rabbi,
I looked through questions that had already been asked on the site, but I didn’t understand a clear answer (you referred from one question to another, and there I also didn’t find an answer to the question).
In your opinion: a. Do women count toward a prayer quorum?
b. For a zimmun? And if so, also for a zimmun of ten? (Are they counted as part of the ten?)
