Is there a law of establishing a meal and reciting Grace after Meals with 4 eggs’ bulk of Bran Flakes? In addition, even if there is, does someone who recited the abridged threefold blessing fulfill his obligation after the fact?

I don’t think so. They’re still small pieces and not one large unit.
If their form has recently changed from thin flakes to a puffy, chewy mass, does that make a difference regarding the form of bread? (There’s a picture in the link.)
