Do you think one should take into account halakhic decisors who adopted certain positions in Jewish law because of Kabbalistic considerations,

Halakhic decisors are influenced by Kabbalah to varying degrees, even those who are far from it.
In my view, you should not simply defer to any decisor, whether he dealt with Kabbalah or not. You
need to study the different opinions and the reasons behind them and reach your own conclusion, and then act accordingly. If you want to choose a rabbi because you are not capable of ruling for yourself, choose a rabbi according to your own understanding,
one who suits you. If you do not like those who are influenced by Kabbalah, choose one who is not influenced by it.
