Hello Rabbi,
Congratulations on your sixtieth year!
Our Sages said (Avot 5:21): "At sixty, old age; at seventy, fullness of years; at eighty, strength; at ninety, stooping; at one hundred, it is as if he were dead, gone, and ceased from the world."

And Rabbeinu Yonah wrote: "Their intention, of blessed memory, in these words was to warn a person about repentance, so that when he reaches the days of old age he should think about his end, if he did not merit to do so in his younger years. And as his time draws near, he should abandon bodily desires and cravings and repair his soul. And when he reaches advanced age, he should further drive worldly concerns from his heart. In accordance with the few years that remain, he should reduce his involvement in worldly matters and devote himself constantly to reflecting on fear of God, examining his soul, refining his character traits, and seeking Torah and commandments."
