Question

Hello Rabbi,
I wanted to bless the Rabbi and thank you for all the good that the Rabbi gives us.
I thought of blessing the Rabbi:
May God decree for the Rabbi a good and perfect year—but then the Rabbi taught us that God does not intervene, so instead let us hope that the Rabbi will be healthy, etc….
 
Then I thought to bless that the Rabbi should have divine inspiration like the Amoraim, but then I remembered that the Rabbi taught that the Amoraim did not have divine inspiration.
 
I wanted to bless that next year we should merit to offer sacrifices in the Temple, but then I remembered that it seems very reasonable that the sacrifices were intended for times when the world was pagan.
 
I wanted to bless that the Messiah should come and the gentiles should be our slaves, but then I remembered that the Rabbi taught us that this is a desperate hope that does not respect itself and is not something worthy of aspiring to.
 
I thought to bless that we should merit to believe in God and in the Torah with one hundred percent certainty, without doubts, but then I remembered that the Rabbi taught us that there is no such thing, and there is no problem deciding based on probability.
So let us bless as follows:
May we merit to make an effort and work for our livelihood like mature and serious people; may we have good fortune and be healthy; may we labor very, very hard and know the Torah and the other important wisdoms in order to conduct our lives; may we not be lazy about thinking and not be afraid to draw conclusions, and may we value truth above all.
And may we succeed in dealing with narrow-minded people, because they are the most dangerous people there are. And along with all that, may we merit to make the effort and be patient with them.
And may we be proud of our path, because we are trying to attain the truth for real…
