You mentioned several times (for example, Column 113, note 3) that there are expositions of the “general principle, particular, and general principle” type in non-biblical texts and even in non-Torah texts.
Could you please give me just references to all those sources?

They appear in the second book in the Talmudic Logic series.
As for general texts, we brought there Hart’s well-known example (the philosopher of law) about vehicles entering a kindergarten yard. Search online.
Torah sources: the responsa of Mahar"i Mintz, section 16, cites and expounds this in the responsa of Maharam of Rothenburg.
Chayim B'Yad, section 56 (which brings several examples).
Mahar"i Ben Lev, part 1, section 79.
The responsa of the Rashba, part 2, section 334.
