Thanks from Heaven
Question
Good evening. I wanted to ask—especially after reading your response to Rabbi Amit Kula’s book Being, or I Dreamed a Dream, where you wrote, among other things, that if it turns out that the Revelation at Mount Sinai did not actually occur in reality but is only an allegorical story and so on, then that would certainly pull the rug out from under our faith. In that context, and from a broader perspective, I wanted to clarify: what leads you to think that the Torah is from Heaven and that the Revelation at Mount Sinai really did occur in reality? Thanks.
Answer
See the fifth booklet on the site, and in updated form the fifth conversation in my book The First Existent.
