Moral intuition and consequentialist thinking.
Discussion on Answer
Ordinary morality is measured by the feelings of guilt (torment) that will be caused to you if you do the opposite. There are those without morality, meaning without feelings of guilt.
It isn’t all that important to be a moral person. It’s just a kind of service of the conscience, all in all.
What matters is to overcome morality and be a fair person. Measure for measure. “With the pure You show Yourself pure, and with the crooked You show Yourself twisted.”
You can’t.
Decisor, shame on you! That polished last sentence of yours made me laugh so hard that some of the coffee in my mouth sprayed onto the screen. May you merit next year to drink wine preserved in its grapes.
🙂
And how can you know that the intuition is correct?
