Q&A: Why Doesn’t God Reveal Himself
Why Doesn’t God Reveal Himself
Question
Why doesn’t God reveal Himself?
People don’t know what’s right, so what’s the problem with God revealing Himself again, now, before the whole world, and saying exactly what He expects people to choose to do? It sounds completely logical and called for to me. If I were God, I’d do it.
Answer
I have no idea. It sounds logical and called for to me too. But keep following along; maybe He’s looking for a replacement, and then you can upgrade His policy. 🙂
Discussion on Answer
People know what’s right; it’s just that usually they’re not interested in doing the right thing.
If someone is watching, that greatly increases the chance of doing the right thing.
Someone who believes in God believes that God is watching, which increases the chance of doing the right thing.
Conclusion: if you want to do the right thing, believe in God.
Wouldn’t it be better to say that without God there is no “right thing,” and therefore if you believe in the right thing, you believe in God? And moreover, if you also want, out of fear, to do the right thing, then believe in God “double.”
Omri, because there is no God. Glad to help.
