You could bribe various Knesset members to pass a law requiring secular people to kidnap Haredi children when they are young. And the parents who object would be thrown into prison.
You could also make an mRNA vaccine tailored for Haredim so they won’t be able to have children, or so that they would give birth to sick or retarded children.
