In artificial insemination there is no sexual intercourse, and therefore in my view this does not involve the issue of the prohibitions of forbidden sexual relationships. But the status of mamzer is not necessarily dependent on a transgression involving intercourse. So this requires discussion, and it has indeed already been discussed.
