Q&A: What Is the Rabbi’s Next Project?
What Is the Rabbi’s Next Project?
Question
Is the Rabbi working on a book, or at least does he have an idea or some initial plan for one?
Maybe the Rabbi might devote a book to clear, sound, critical thinking, focusing on common fallacies (the appeal-to-expertise fallacy, the is-ought fallacy, mixing different planes of discussion, whataboutism, and the like).
Does the Rabbi have some juicy leak to throw us? So we’ll have something to look forward to.
Answer
I thought about it once, but in my opinion there’s no point. Books are no longer the relevant medium. If anything, it should be done on the internet in some form. At the moment I don’t have a defined plan.
Discussion on Answer
In my opinion, not so much either. The trilogy has now been released in digital format.

Once, during the Ten Days of Repentance, a Torah scholar came to the Gerrer Rebbe, the author of Pnei Menachem, of blessed memory, with his book in hand and asked the Rebbe for an approbation. The Rebbe said to him: “I too wrote a book this year, and I’m waiting to receive an approbation for it — namely, ‘and all your deeds are written in a book.’” 🙂

Though perhaps one who holds that the Holy One, blessed be He, has stopped exercising providence thinks that even God doesn’t have the patience to read our ‘books of deeds.’ 🙂
Are digital books a relevant medium?
