Question
Rabbi,
As someone who has read all your books (except for the series on Talmudic logic), and drew from them the essentials of Judaism and the foundations of thought, I would like to ask: is there any expectation of a new book? Soon? In what directions?
It seems that once you said you might write about definitions and concepts (as mentioned on YouTube) — is that indeed the case?

I don’t have any more plans. The book format is already somewhat irrelevant. If there are suggestions for a format, I’d be happy to hear them.

It’s not profitable.
A book was never profitable. I mean that books are no longer really read (or bought). People read on the internet.

All you need is for someone to run you; now Matan Kahana is in charge of religious affairs. Maybe you’ll get accepted into the clique, and get to eat a little of the guild.
And your wellsprings will spread outward; that way your exposure will grow a bit, and along with it your income too — then your books will also appear in every Tzomet Sfarim bookstore.

The format is still alive and kicking, and in my view there is no substitute for a full, well-edited book.
If you want to avoid a significant portion of the expenses and hassle, you can publish it directly in e-reader format. Personally, I read a lot that way. In my opinion, it would be worthwhile to release that way already now the books you distribute for free (for example, the quartet). It’s much more convenient than PDF.
