What does the Rabbi think about Rabbi Uziel's line of argument? As an aside, Rabbi Herzog agreed with his view, though I don't know whether on everything.

I went over it quickly (Shatzel mentioned it in a comment on the last column). I didn’t see him writing that there is permission for women of our time because of changed circumstances. He also concludes that in matters of kiddushin one should not permit it, and the explanation is highly questionable. I assume that he himself does not really believe it, and wrote that way because he was afraid to introduce change in so severe a matter.
