There are two identical rows (3 4), and there is no row where p=0 q=1 r=0.

When I wrote “indeed,” I meant that you were right. There is a mistake there.
Rabbi, do you receive the titles we write into the question system as well? Because several times already (like here) the questioner built the question around the title, and it was as if you didn’t receive it.
I do receive them, but because of the pace and the volume of questions, I don’t always notice the title. I move quickly to read the question. Sorry, but the workload takes its toll.
