Hello Rabbi,
I wanted to ask about the commandment of "do not let any soul live" in our times, from a purely halakhic perspective (not moral, legal, or practical).
Is there a commandment to kill the non-Jews who are present nowadays in the territory of the Land of Israel?
And if not, then why?
