Do you recite the blessing “to sit in the sukkah” over grape juice or wine?

The accepted practice is not to, unless it is Kiddush wine. According to the Vilna Gaon, yes. Logically, it seems to me that the blessing should be recited for a significant activity in the sukkah, not for going in to drink wine and then leaving.
