Question

Do you see the destruction and demolition of the Mughrabi Quarter for the sake of expanding the Western Wall Plaza (at the time it was a tiny alley) as justified and proper?
Is there such a thing as “collective considerations” by which a person’s ownership of his home can be expropriated for a “greater need” that is not a matter of saving lives, and if so, is this case one of them?
 
I have a feeling that today this would not come close to passing Supreme Court review, if a petition had been filed to prevent the demolition of the neighborhood.
