I didn’t understand the question. Who said He created the concept of existence? The concept of existence is not a being, not even an ideal one. But even if one could say that He created the concept, it would still be possible to say about Him that He exists. In the system of concepts that He created, that is His description. It’s like describing what happened before the creation of time in terms of time. If today I have time-glasses, I can look through them backward as well. See Column 465 on this.
And how can He be described using those same concepts that He created?
