Clarification regarding the article “Is Jewish law ‘Hebrew Law’? On Religion, Morality, and Law, Akdamot – 2005”

In the Rabbi’s above-mentioned article, in the chapter “The Essence of Jewish Law as ‘Hebrew Law'”—”2. The Goals of Jewish Law”—it says regarding stipulating conditions about monetary laws: “However, this argument is unfounded. The freedom to stipulate conditions contrary to what is written in the Torah does not indicate the assumption that monetary laws are merely orderly and fair forms of financial relations between individuals in society. The Torah also has a ‘religious’ interest in these forms of engagement, and therefore they are part of Jewish law. This issue deserves separate clarification, and it will be clarified elsewhere.” Where is that “elsewhere” that is mentioned? I would appreciate a reference. Thank you.
