Question

Hello, our master the Rabbi, may he live long and well.
The Jewish law is that it is permitted to kill someone pursuing a male for sexual assault. My question is this: if someone has problems and pursues males against their will, of course, and he is also very depressed, does he have permission to kill himself (commit suicide), since that is no worse than someone else having permission to kill him? And if it specifically has to be during the pursuit, then he could do it then.
