Someone appoints a manager in a factory so that he’ll manage it well, as best as he can…
Bottom line, the man is full of crazy ideologies and is trying to take the factory in a direction he likes.
Meanwhile he is causing major, tangible financial losses because of his craziness.
Of course, it is possible to prove a direct and sometimes immediate connection between his actions and the damages.
Can a personal claim be filed against him for the damages he is causing?
 
And if so,
is it possible to sue a finance minister who makes mistakes because of wild ideologies and causes immediate damage to people and businesses in Israel?
