1. Not honest.
2. Doesn’t know how to think and doesn’t know how to learn Torah, although he does have some kind of ordination.
 
Candidate 1 doesn’t recognize his own deficiency.
Candidate 2 doesn’t recognize his own deficiency, speaks with great confidence, and is caught out many times in ignorance, superficiality, and lack of understanding.
