Does the Rabbi think that the Haredim will one day change, or that their rabbis will rule over them forever? And if so, what is the key to change, and will they enlist in the IDF even when they become 40% of the draft cohort, or will they always remain stubborn to the bitter end? And what does the Rabbi say about their claims based on aggadic sayings of the Sages, like “Torah protects and saves,” as with Hezekiah and the study halls, and Mordechai with the schoolchildren—doesn’t that imply that this was the outlook of the Sages?
