Against the backdrop of all the talk about drafting Haredim, a question occurred to me: does a Russian citizen have a moral obligation to take part in the war against Ukraine? After all, this is not a war of survival, but just Putin’s whims. Is it even worth risking yourself for the political whims of a leader, or since this is a national matter, does the national obligation take precedence?
