Question

Hello Rabbi. A friend asked me to rate his business on Google Reviews. I’ve never purchased their services, and I don’t really know that business—whether it’s good or not. We’re talking about a numerical rating, without writing anything. I told him it seems to me like deceiving the public. What do you think?
