Question

I’d appreciate it if you could help me make some order out of the issue of other religions. I find myself very confused by this question, without any real ability to deal with it: what advantage does Judaism have over other religions?
From my perspective, Christianity and Islam are not sufficiently well-founded for us to take them seriously. But regarding the other religions in the world, I have no idea at all, not even about some of them. In a certain sense I rely on the familiar claims that all religions began with one person and do not have any serious revelation story to an entire people, whereas on atheist websites they try to bring examples from religions that do have a revelation story.
It feels like, from where I am and with this lack of knowledge, I’m just banging my head against the wall. What do you do in a situation like this? How can I know that I’m really making the right decision by rejecting all the religions in the world without actually checking any of them? And please don’t send me to the fifth notebook.
