What is the Haredi plan for the day they become the majority here? How do they intend to keep this place going?

As I see it, the Haredi plan is somehow to hold on until tomorrow; maybe the responsible grown-up (also called the messiah) will come and miraculously solve all the problems.
This is not only "the Haredi plan"; it is the whole approach to life of rabbinic Judaism in general — its concern is to be "good children" until Father in Heaven sends an emissary to put all matters in order.
Even today, the Haredi parties have no plan whatsoever on any state issue — security, economics, the environment, health, domestic and foreign policy, culture, transportation, and more. And that is not going to change.
How does the Rabbi, as someone very familiar with the Haredi public and its ideology, think they would answer this?
Answer
Possibly. The question of where to draw the line between trust and practical effort is left to each person according to his own whims. Where it is convenient, it counts as practical effort, and where it is convenient, it counts as trust. But I am not very interested in what the Haredim would answer to such questions.
