Using the Legal System as a Weapon of the Left

Hello Rabbi,
Recently we've been hearing in the news about legal affairs pursuing right-wing political representatives around the world (France, Brazil, Israel, the U.S.). The distribution of the representatives being targeted is skewed toward the right in a way that is statistically unusual. In your opinion, is there a phenomenon here of deliberate use of the legal system, whose representatives are generally identified with the left, against the right?
Answer
I don't know. But of course that's only one interpretation. Another interpretation is that the right is simply more criminal.
Discussion on Answer
As I understand it, an establishment system—certainly the legal system—can and should find a wise way, one that creates a sense of justice. Nowadays the opposite is happening.
Right and left are not the main issue.
More criminal? By a ratio of one hundred to one?
