I listened to your conversation with Moshe Redman Abutbul,
and “the flowers from Gaza” were a good example.
You somehow brushed it off as being only Kashtiel, only for young people, etc.
But I asked a yeshiva teacher from the Religious Zionist camp, someone considered important in their institutions, and he admitted to me that Redman Abutbul is right and you’re wrong — maybe because of the high caliber of the Religious Zionist people you’re surrounded by.
That same yeshiva teacher claims that this is less representative, and דווקא the perspective of someone from outside, Moshe Redman Abutbul, reflects the painful reality better.
What do you think?
Is there any chance you’ll retract and admit that Moshe Redman Abutbul was right and that you, may you live long, were mistaken?

So my impression of him is different.
The issue is this:
In your interview with Moshe Redman Abutbul, you argued that the Religious Zionist public is not messianic, but only right-wing in security matters.
And the proof he brought you was that Rabbi Kashtiel teaches that even if no threat at all were to emerge from Gaza, and they would only throw flowers at us, it would still be obligatory to fight, and fight, and keep on fighting.
That is no longer merely right-wing/security-minded, but messianic.
You, may you live long, dismissed it by saying that it’s only Kashtiel, and only for young people up to age 20, etc.
In a conversation with an important rabbi who actually teaches among the Religious Zionists,
he claims that Moshe Redman Abutbul is right, and that the public is not only right-wing/security-minded but definitely messianic, and wants war and sees value in wars for the sake of messianism.
Is there any chance that you’ll check, and if you become convinced that Moshe Redman Abutbul’s analysis matches reality better than yours, thank him and admit that you were mistaken?
