A child born to a woman who was not divorced according to the Mosaic and Jewish law but was born within a civil marriage

I would like to know what the ruling is on a child born within a civil marriage, when his mother did not divorce her first husband according to the law of Moses and Israel.
It should be noted that the parents are Jewish, as well as the woman's first husband, as mentioned, married according to the Mosaic and Jewish law and at a later stage he eloped with her, so she was forced to marry in a civil marriage… This is a case abroad.
Is the child considered a bastard? If so, what are the consequences? Is a marriage invalid and is there anything to be done about it?
