A doubt from the Torah to the rabbinical text

According to the Maimonides, many of the latter borrow from the latter, in doubt about the blessing of the meal (a question that has faded from the Torah) that one must repeat the blessing from the rabbis, how can one not fear that without a tisha, it has faded from the Torah, and therefore how can one repeat it? I did not understand the question, since we are entering into doubt about not carrying (perhaps a blessing) that is also forbidden by the rabbis on the part of the doubter and 'they said and they said'

It is good to be careful with this. The party who blessed then has no obligation to bless, and therefore the prohibition "do not carry" is not rejected. This is like the dispute of "if there is no doubt that it is done, it rejects the doubt that it is not done" (the longer it is in the "Sheds of Hamad"). But truly, this question of the latter in itself is weaker than some of the others, and so on.
