Baba Batra

The rabbi often writes about the fact that there are no instructions that were not known in advance because everyone introduces their own approach to the Bible. I want to ask about the opposite case. Tractate Baba Batra is full of laws that reflect the perception of property and the orations of Chazal "He who afflicts the house will not sell it." Is this considered Torah in the haftza? Torah of the men or just legal archaeology?

It is clear that these are only legal norms. But if they are offered as an interpretation of the principle of the Torah, then this is its binding interpretation. And if these are rabbinic regulations, then they are binding (because the Talmud has formal authority), but this is not Torah, as I wrote about the regulations of the community and the ways of conducting community institutions (see my columns on rabbinic laws).
